The map below documents the location of the various family names. In addition. For most of the surnames the location is the area where they originated in our family history but for Kilkie which is an immigrant family the map shows the spread to the few locations they are to be found.

There is a conflict between adding all of the surnames and making the map clear. We have opted in the end to show the most frequent surnames but this may change over time. Certainly any family member whose location isnt mapped should shout.
